Founded by Angela van Breda, AVB Financial Solutions is a female-owned, South African business committed to providing our clients with unbiased, honest and reliable services within all the different facets of financial planning.
Background
We actively seek out solutions; we research products and options all in an on-going effort to preserve and to create wealth. Our emphasis on personal service puts us way ahead of the pack. Not for us the cold, disembodied, call-centre route! We know our clients by name; we respect and value them; we treat them with warmth, genuine interest and friendly concern. ‘Loyalty’ in our dictionary is a dual carriageway that works very well for us!
Angela van Breda started in the assurance industry in 1986, at Liberty Life, in the capacity of senior consultant for four years. Angela left Liberty Life in 1990 to embark on a joint venture as a co-director of one of the fastest growing independent financial consultancies, The Southern Charter Financial Services Group. Driven by the need for independence and seeing an opening in the market for superior, personalised service in the employee benefits market. Angela left Southern Charter in 2005 to form her own company, AVB Financial Solutions.

Over the years we have built a highly cohesive team that engenders a good working atmosphere and great interpersonal relationships. A dynamic team of strong, academically minded women, with years of experience in their field, who work collectively, provide support, and productively provide our clients with unbiased, honest and reliable services within all the different facets of financial planning.
Each team member is able to focus solely on their department in order to ensure client receive only the best service.
In a forever changing industry, we focus on constant up skill of the team members by providing ongoing product training and career development tools to ensure our clients have access to the most appropriate and applicable information available, for the best advice and decision making.
